The 2015/2016 List: My 100 things to do in a year
100 things to do between August 28, 2015- August 28, 2016
Purpose of this challenge: To do things I've always wanted to do, I've been scared to do or that I need for mental cleansing.
1. pay off my last two debts.
2. throw a game night at my house
3. go to the karaoke bar and get on stage and sing!
4. perform a random act of kindness for a relative
5. perform a random act of kindness for a stranger
6. volunteer at a homeless shelter
7. have a real picnic in the park with blanket/basket
8. have a full glammed out photo-shoot for myself
9. go to the spa for a massage
10. take a walk across the walking bridge
11. rent a bike and ride by the river
12. lay in the grass and look at the stars
13. pay for the order behind me in the drive thru
14. make and deliver cupcakes for someone's birthday
15. eat no meat for one week
16. dress up real pretty and go to an upscale restaurant
17. write a letter to my father
18. write a letter to myself five years from now
19. plan a day full of surprises for my son (not a birthday)
20. plan a day full of surprises for my daughter (not a birthday)
21. Take a spontaneous trip out of town (not Southern Indiana)
22. Stay off Facebook for one month
23. write a message on a balloon and let it fly away
24. write an old fashioned love letter and send it in the mail
25. send a Thank you card to someone I know
26. make a nice breakfast early in the morning before school and work
27. have dinner at the dinner table without any electronics 10 times
28. Learn how to say I Love you in 5 different languages
29. Forgive Someone
30. Create a signature dish to bring to all the Holiday parties
31. Take a friend out to lunch
32. Take my mother out to lunch
33. Plan a Sisters activity for my sisters
34. Wear a big derby style hat (not on derby)
35. Sit in a silent house for at least an hour
36. design my front yard landscaping
37. buy some fresh flowers for myself
38. buy a bouquet of flowers for someone else
39. take a family trip with me, my son and my daughter.
40. spend only $20 in a week
41. have a candlelit dinner
42. take a long bubble bath
43. write down all of my bad memories on paper and burn it.
44. take care of a plant (it must live at least one month)
45. Take a class to learn something new
46. Go to the pumpkin patch
47. Send out Holiday cards
48. Have a yard sale
49. Write a thank you note for someone with great customer service

51. have my first interior design client or event design client

86. make goodies bags for the daycare kids just because

88. decorate my home for at least 5 holidays
89. buy a GREAT mattress and new pillows
90. have a game night (just the 3 of us)
91. take selfies everyday for a week straight
92. make a dessert for my coworkers
93. organize my Tupperware (this drives me crazy)
94. go to sleep in a silent house (we sleep with TVs on)
95. have a family photo-shoot
96. go to a waterpark
97. replace my cabinets with shelving
98. create my design portfolio
99. ride through the city and take pictures of great architecture
100. Compliment a stranger's outfit
I'm ready for the journey and will blog about every time I complete a task.
